🚫 No Insurance for Equilibrium Bottles 🚫
Please be aware that Equilibrium bottles, which contain glass and liquid, are susceptible to freezing temperatures during winter. Unfortunately, no shipping carriers will provide insurance coverage for these items. While we make every effort to protect your order by appropriately packing the glass bottles, we have no control over external factors once the package leaves our hands, such as a delay in transit due to weather or if your package is left outside at delivery.

Rest assured, we are committed to doing our absolute best to ensure the integrity of your order during shipment. We use high-quality packaging materials to safeguard your items while shipping. However, please keep in mind that minus-zero weather conditions and delivery delays may still pose a risk to sensitive products like Equilibrium bottles. Therefore we cannot provide a replacement or refund should your Equilibrium bottle freeze during or after delivery if left in the elements. Shipping Equilibrium bottles is at the customer's risk during winter months. While it has been rare that bottles have frozen, it has happened. So please use your discretion when ordering.

If you're concerned about the cold weather, we recommend considering your purchase timing or expedited shipping methods to minimize transit time in chilly conditions. Additionally, if you're in a colder region, you may want to wait until spring to order Equilibrium bottles for added peace of mind.
